Q: Will transportation be provided?
A: Yes! When registering, please indicate whether you have a car or need a ride. Then, you will
receive an email closer to retreat with details of your driver and pickup location.
Q: What if I cannot attend one of the days?
A: We would still love for you to join us! Please indicate your availability on the registration
form, or reach out to us (below) or your Family Group leader so we can coordinate for you.
Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?
A: Please let us know, and we will coordinate with the retreat center to provide options for you!
Q: I can no longer attend. Can I receive a refund?
A: Unfortunately, our registration requires us to send exact numbers to the retreat center, so we
will still have to pay the same amount even if people cannot attend, so a direct refund is not
available. However, people who have not signed up yet can “purchase” your spot from you by paying you
directly. Please contact us (below) or your Family Group leader to let us know how to update the
Q: What should I bring? Does the facility have linens, toiletries, etc.?
A: You will receive an email with a detailed packing list closer to the date of the retreat!
However, the facility does not provide linens or toiletries. Please bring your own towel, shampoo and
conditioner, toothpaste, pillow, and sleeping bag (or bedsheets and blanket).
